Some our recent project include the following:

 Double Island:

28 acres subdivided into 5 lots with a 6th lot along the Toe river. The 6th lot is for the enjoyment of the people who purchase a parcel of the other 5 lots.

Pate Creek:

5,765 acres set back into a forest setting.

Flat Branch:

3 acres with an abandoned, partially built home. Home was rebuilt and the land cleared. Now a nice home cabin.
